In products offered by the Stainless Factory brand, particular emphasis is placed on material quality, structural durability and ergonomics of use. Attention to manufacturing standards and repeatability of details ensures reliability in daily operation.
All products are made of stainless chromium-nickel steel grade 1.4301 (AISI 304). The structure is manufactured using welded construction, ensuring high rigidity and durability.
Standard table height is 850 mm. Products are available in frame or cabinet construction. Standard depths are 600 mm or 700 mm.
Worktables without sink unit
Worktops are made of stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 1.0 mm, bonded with laminated board. Edges are protected with metal profiles, and the perimeter has a 40 mm thickness with a rear upstand of 40 mm.
Overhang relative to the body:
- 15 mm on sides
- 30 mm at the front
- 80 mm at the rear
Legs are made of profiles 40 × 40 × 1.2 mm and finished with adjustable feet made of PA6 polyamide or stainless steel.
Worktops are permanently welded to the body. Cabinets and bodies are made of sheet thickness 0.8–1.0 mm.
Doors (20 mm) are double-wall construction made of 0.8 mm sheet. Hinged doors are mounted on stainless steel external hinges or wing hinges allowing full opening.
Sliding doors are suspended on stainless steel roller guides with bearing wheels and stabilized at the bottom.
Drawers are made of 0.8 mm sheet and equipped with guides:
- 4/5 extension – up to 400 N
- full extension – up to 500 N
Lower shelves or cabinet base are positioned 150 mm above floor level.
Shelves are made of 0.8–1.0 mm sheet, reinforced and mounted within leg profiles. Internal shelves are adjustable.
Castors are available in Ø100 mm or Ø125 mm, all swivel, including two with brakes. Solid rubber tread (Shore A80) supports loads up to 800 N.
Worktables with sinks or deep basins
Worktops with sinks are lowered by 10 mm. They are made of 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm sheet and reinforced.
Deep basin units are made of 1.5 mm sheet, with all internal edges rounded (R = 20) for hygiene.
Perimeter thickness is 40 mm with rear upstand 40 mm.
Overhang:
- 15 mm sides
- 30 mm front
- 80 mm rear
All units include a front masking panel.
Legs, bodies, doors, drawers and shelves follow the same construction standards as worktables without sinks.
